At the request of the Missouri Commission for the Deaf and Hard of
Hearing, Representative Sam Page of Creve Coeur introduced House
Concurrent Resolution 43 on 3/14/07.  HCR 43 is the “Deaf and Hard
of Hearing Children’s Bill of Rights.”  The complete text of the
resolution is appended.  MCDHH will keep you informed regarding
the progress of this resolution.
