At the request of the Missouri Commission for the Deaf and Hard of
Hearing, Representative Sam Page of Creve Coeur introduced House
Concurrent Resolution 43 on 3/14/07.  HCR 43 is the “Deaf and Hard of
Hearing Children’s Bill of Rights.”  Click here to view the full text of the
resolution.  HCR 43 was referred to the Rules Committee yesterday
(4/5/07).  MCDHH will keep you informed regarding the progress of
this resolution
