HCR 43 had a public hearing before the House Rules
Committee this morning (4/12/07) and was unanimously
voted “Do Pass” by that committee.  HCR 43 was introduced
by Representative Sam Page of Creve Coeur, and is the
“Deaf and Hard of Hearing Children’s Bill of Rights.”  We
will keep you posted regarding the progress of that resolution.
