HB1662:
This bill requires certain information (audio switch technology and
the Telecommunications Access Program) to be disclosed by
audiologist and other persons who dispense hearing aids.

HB 1662 & SB920:
This bill requires all television stations in the state with gross
revenues in excess of three million dollars a year to provide real
time captioning of all local news, weather, and sports programming
by January 1, 2009.

HCR 19:
Deaf and Hard of Hearing Child's Bill of Rights
This resolution would codify into state law the educational rights that are
guaranteed to children with hearing loss by federal law.
